The ladder uses a tested formula called the Elorating system.
You can find out about this system here A new player always starts off with 1500 points.

There's no limit. It simply cripples you. No one will want to play a player with a big amount of cards (compared to others). A ban will be in place for people who get an unacceptable amount of cards.

1: Make sure you have no spy-ware on your computer
2: Don't download or upload when playing
3: Close all applications that you do not use (Kazza etc)
4: If you're using our Java chat room, close it.
5: If you're on a LAN, make sure other people arn't using the net.

All games are arranged through Pes Launcher. You can download this in our downloads section, or when you sign up

In Pes Launcher, peopel with @ before their names are admins. Simply tell them that your opponent hasn't reported.

In the even that an admin is not available, try and take a screenshot of the final result and also a screenshot of your score on Pes Launcher. Then visit http://www.pesladder.com/dispute and fill out a dispute ticket. An admin will check this and adjust the score accordingly.

If you are the winner of a game, you can change the score of this game accordingly. Simply find the match report in the played games section. You only have one shot at doing this, so be careful!

Bans can range from abuse in Pes Launcher to complete cheats. A ban is always at an admin's discretion and will never be ammended by another admin. The best course of action is to visit our forums and PM the admin who banned you or contact us.

A word of advice... Do not make your ban public on the forum, or you'll have no chance of getting it overturned.

Yes, and also the guild ladder. All you need is one account with us.

This is simple. You simply play a 2 player match with a ladder player as your team mate, against 2 other ladder members. If you all agree that this should be a 2v2 ladder match, one of the losers just reports on the site. Any player on the ladder can be your team mate, you are not restricted to having just 1 team mate at all times.

It is advised that you pick a team mate and stick with them.

If any teams have not played for a month, they will get set as inactive.

Think of guilds as gangs. you can join a guild ONLY if you are not in one and the guild admin wants you. If you play more than 5 ladder games, you can start your own guild. New guilds get £100,000 to buy players off the ladder. Once you have a few people in your guild, and any of your guild members plays another guild member from another guild, in a ladder match, it counts as a guild match.

When you play a guild match, you can win (or lose) money for your guild based on who you played, and how high they are up in the single player ladder.
